Default Play NC support is frustrating!

I recently deleted the email account my game was under. Then I emailed them for support about changing what I sign into on the game as. They got back to me telling me to use my play nc account to change what it is under. I had no idea what my account name or password was and even if I guess right I don't have the email to get the password support from. So I emailed them again explaining this and they asked a few questions then claimed to transfer me and never got back to me, it's been weeks. Now I wanted to ask again but it's saying my new hotmail email is already assigned to an account, which I don't know the user name or password of AGAIN. Why can't they just ask for your email? Are they purposely making it as much of a trial as possible until people just give up on getting help? I want to use the online store and get reminds sent to my new email not a nonexistent one.

Is it a lost cause? Or is there someway to get in personal contact with someone who can help without all this running around in circles bs?

so you deleted the email account for the email you login to GW with?

Nice, now, like me, your login is very hard to break, just change the email address on the account and your nice and secure, although the login email won't change

And I do that how? I tried to log in and change the email from guild wars but it just pops up the play nc account login and I can never remember my usernames...

Email support again and tell them that you can't access your plaync account password. Be prepared for them to ask you for the following

Full Name (real name)
Address
Date of Birth
Account creation date.
Scans of the licence key slips that came with the boxed product.

Tell them exactly what has happened and they would likely help you.

I tried, it said my new email has been used, and it has, and I cant remember the new ones username either, and theres no option for "Enter email to be sent you information" you HAVE to know your username >.< it's so lame..

And, don't give the email for nc to anyone, not even your mother, although if she's anything like mine you'd have to email her from it first and that's not always a guarantee that she'll notice it's different.

Well...

I understand they have no defense against multiple login attempts - so if you can guess it before anyone else does you can keep your account.

Bingo

yeah, brute force attacks will get through, but with a dead email address as a Loging, compared to my usual login of lonesamurai1 on most things (I really should diversify, but GW is the only one i actually care about losing, wierd huh?), i feel fairly secure in teh fact that a dead three year old email address and my crazzy ass password is secure
